Licensed in Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and the District of Columbia, B&L Construction is committed to excellence and continuous improvement.\n\nResponsibilities include but are not limited to:\n\n Project Coordination: Review and coordinate all work on the job site to ensure project success.\n Communication: Effectively communicate with the B&L Project Manager, subcontractors, material suppliers, and the client's team (management, administration, operations, and vendors).\n Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce job safety protocols and ensure compliance with government laws and regulations.\n Construction Documents: Read and interpret construction documents such as plans, scopes of work, contract agreements, and operational manuals.\n Quality Control: Inspect work in progress to ensure it complies with specifications and meets or exceeds the standards of our clients and B&L Construction.\n Schedule Management: Review job progress, adjust tasks to keep the project on schedule, and plan ahead by coordinating contractors and material deliveries.\n Documentation: Take daily and weekly photos, conduct weekly safety meetings, and complete weekly updates and reports.\n Continuous Improvement: Continue to learn the role and responsibilities of the position, increasing initiative from project to project.\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n Experience:Preferred experience in restaurant or retail construction, especially with national brands.
