Head of Finance

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced, driven, and hands-on Head of Finance to lead our finance organization into its next stage of growth.

This is a leadership role for someone who knows how to build strong financial foundations, develop a high-performing team, create accountability around the numbers, and turn financial insight into better business decisions.

What You'll Own

• Lead the overall financial strategy and operations to support company growth and profitability goals.

• Develop budgets, forecasts, KPIs, and financial accountability across the organization.

• Coach, develop, and motivate the finance team to consistently improve performance.

• Build strong, repeatable financial processes, from accounting and close through reporting and planning.

• Provide accurate, timely financial reporting and insight to company leadership.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and key banking and advisor relationships.

• Understand and improve profitability across products, customers, and channels.

• Support pricing, investment, and compensation decisions with clear financial analysis.

• Ensure strong controls, compliance, and tax readiness as the business scales.

• Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and company leadership to align financial goals with the broader business.

• Use data, systems, and automation to make finance faster and more useful.

• Recruit and onboard additional finance talent as the organization grows.

• Build a finance culture centered on ownership, accuracy, clarity, and results.

What You Bring

• Proven experience leading finance and accounting at a growing company.

• Strong background in planning, reporting, cash management, and financial controls.

• Experience in a product-based business, such as manufacturing, consumer goods, or wholesale.

• The ability to turn numbers into clear insights and decisions.

• A builder's mindset, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on work.

• CPA or MBA a plus.
