Area: Fairfield, Ohio Schedule: 8:30 AM - 5 PM Monday-Friday Industry: Manufacturing On-site
Essential Job Functions
- Prepare documents for invoicing
- Obtain freight charges
- Process daily billing
- Troubleshoot billing errors
- Manage electronic and hard copy files
- Assist answering multi-line phones and greet visitors as needed
- Various office duties
Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in an office setting
- Must be skilled in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
- Must be highly organized and dependable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background investigation and drug screen
