GENERAL SUMMARY:

Provides continuous cardiac monitoring observation and documentation of cardiac rhythm on a routine basis. Communicates significant changes in the cardiac rhythm to the charge nurse and primary nurse. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Pass EKG Strip Test with 85% or greater. Current Basic Life Support certification issued by the American Heart Association.
