We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Moss Wall Production Worker to join our team in crafting custom moss wall art. Key Responsibilities:

• Moss Wall Construction: Assemble and arrange preserved moss and other natural materials onto custom-designed frames, following specific design plans.
• Material Preparation: Prepare moss and other materials, ensuring they are of high quality and suitable for the project.
• Quality Control: Inspect finished products for quality, ensuring each piece meets our high standards before it leaves the workshop.
• Custom Designs: Work closely with designers to bring creative visions to life, providing input on the best techniques and materials for each project.
  
• Team Collaboration: Work alongside other production workers and designers to meet project deadlines and client expectations.

Qualifications:

• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and precision in working with small materials.
• Creativity: Ability to contribute to the artistic aspect of moss wall production.
• Manual Dexterity: Skilled in using hands and tools to manipulate delicate materials.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Experience: Previous experience in production, crafting, or horticulture is a plus but not required.
