Job Title Global Mobility Specialist (Contract) Job Details Location: San Jose, CA 95110 (Hybrid, 2 to 3 days onsite per week) Duration: 08/24/2026 - 08/24/2027 Team: Global Mobility & Rewards Operations Job Description Seeking an experienced Global Mobility Specialist to support its U.S. immigration and relocation programs. This role is responsible for delivering a seamless mobility experience for employees and candidates while partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Legal, Payroll, Tax, Compensation, Benefits, and external immigration vendors. The position primarily supports U.S. immigration population and reports to the Americas Immigration Manager. Responsibilities Manage U.S. immigration and international transfer cases from assessment through initiation Support U.S. immigration programs including H-1B, PERM, document review, invoice processing, and coordination with immigration counsel Serve as the primary contact for employee, candidate, and manager immigration and relocation inquiries Act as a subject matter expert on U.S. immigration and relocation programs Create and support educational materials, communications, and training initiatives Assist with complex immigration cases and exception requests while balancing business needs, employee experience, and compliance Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to improve mobility processes and systems Cross-train with teammates and provide operational coverage as needed Build strong working relationships with internal customers and external service providers Support continuous improvement initiatives across global mobility programs Ensure mobility services are delivered according to established program standards Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience Minimum 5 years of U.S. immigration experience Hands-on experience with H-1B Cap processing and PERM cases Experience supporting J-1 visa programs Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration regulations and processes Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong project management, planning, and organizational abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience analyzing data and presenting insights Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working independently Preferred Qualifications 2 to 3 years of corporate relocation or mobility experience Experience using ServiceNow, Workday, SharePoint, and AI tools such as Copilot or Claude Vendor management experience Compensation Pay Rate: $38.73/hour Requisition ID: 37447740 #J-18808-Ljbffr
