Labor One Staffing is hiring Fiber Optic Helpers to support our technicians on an active field project in Brownsville, TX. This is a hands‑on, entry‑friendly role and a strong way into the growing fiber optic trade. No certification required — we are looking for dependable workers ready to learn and contribute on a fast‑paced crew. Key Responsibilities Support technicians with fiber installation and splicing activities Assist with cable pulling, routing, and basic field setup Help with site preparation, staging, and cleanup Follow instructions accurately and keep pace in a field environment Maintain safety standards at all times Required Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and able to follow direction in a fast‑paced field setting Comfortable with physical, outdoor labor Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Prior construction, telecom, or field labor experience a plus (not required) Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish
