img:not(.backArrow) {}ObjectiveThe Sr. Financial Analyst will be responsible for strategic analysis to find opportunities to improve the P&L and Net Working Capital. Assists the Plant Controller with capital expenditure tracking, asset accounting, physical inventories, month end close, annual budgeting and forecasting, product costing, monthly commentary and support of external auditor requests.Main ResponsibilitiesManage asset base from the financial perspective (capitalizations, impairments, asset tags, etc.) Support month-end close, primarily focused on the balance sheet, including all accruals related to inventory aging and obsolescence, plus support for auditors-Develop deep understanding of the ERP (SAP) to troubleshoot issues related to inventory or transactional errors Maintain standard costing in ERP system for internal production Support MP&L with routings and BOMs in ERP, ensuring accuracy from the financial perspective Develop and maintain reports to provide visibility to plant leadership on inventory trends (mainly Spare Parts) Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering or a related fieldAt least 8 years+ of experience in a Sr. Finance role 5+ years of experience in ManufacturingSAP experience a plusAt Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
