Job Summary:
As a Mid-Level Java Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. You will work closely with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of Java programming, experience with various frameworks and tools, and the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Requirements:
- Experience: 8-10 years of professional experience in Java development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Java SE/EE, familiarity with frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
- Database: Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and SQL.
- Tools & Technologies: Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git), build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle), and integrated development environments (IDEs) like IntelliJ IDEA or Eclipse.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
