As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will assist the dentist during procedures, ensure a sterile and organized environment, and provide oral health education to children and their families. Pay $20~$22 per hour Salary Details - Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Dexis Registered dental assistant / Certified dental assistant X-ray / Radiography Certification Current Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) certification required CPR and AED certification required Minimum of 1 year dental assisting experience, preferably in pediatrics Familiarity with dental imaging techniques and equipment Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced pediatric dental environment Passion for working with children and providing compassionate care Job Description Assist the dentist with clinical procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety Prepare, sterilize, and maintain dental instruments and operatory equipment Take and develop digital dental x-rays accurately Perform basic dental laboratory tasks as needed Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene practices and postoperative care Maintain precise and confidential patient records and documentation Manage inventory and order dental supplies to ensure smooth operations Utilize Dentrix software for scheduling and patient charting (preferred) Benefits Paid time off and paid sick time Bereavement leave Retirement plan Uniform allowance Employee discount Gym membership Jobley Bonus: $90 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Shift & Schedule Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Sunday: Closed About the Practice Name: MERCED KIDS DENTIST Location: 3538 G ST MERCED CA 95340, Merced, CA 95340
