Data Scientist II — Hybrid Analytics & Modeling

Unum is seeking a Data Scientist II to join the CX Analytics team within the Customer Experience Organization. You will run analyses, support experiments, and mine data to uncover drivers that inform how we support customers across BI and operations. You will work with structured and unstructured data, partner with BI Analysts and Data Engineers, and translate insights into actionable business outcomes.
