The ideal candidate shall have a minimum of one year of experience in multi-state fundings, preferably for a national title agent Knowledge and understanding of escrow accounting requirements Knowledge of real estate transaction documentation Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and flexibility Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment Understand the key touch points of a residential title and closing transaction Ability to be the primary point of contact to assist and resolve escalated issues Working knowledge of title industry systems and software.
