The opportunity The Executive Administrative Assistant is a key role in support of the Area VP and other members of the Leadership Team. How you will impact WestRock In this role you will handle a wide variety of traditional administrative responsibilities such as generating reports, tracking inventory, shipping, billing, calendar management, purchasing and special projects required by the Area VP for month end reporting. You will also be involved with other organizational tasks that relate to the coordination of business activities in the various plants managed by the Area VP, including organizing business meetings (both virtual and in person) and generating data for business initiatives that support the Area VP's activities. When required you must be willing to travel to support this role, with travel up to 30% at times. Perform other duties as required by the Area GM.
