Phlebotomist Floater - 1st Shift

Job Title: Phlebotomist Floater
Job Location: Bound Brook, NJ
Duration: 1 to 2 Months contract
Shift: Between 6am - 8pm Monday-Saturdays
Pay rate: $26 to $28/hr. on W2

Description

Patient Care & Phlebotomy: Collect high-quality blood samples safely and accurately while creating a comfortable, trustworthy experience for patients.
Float Coverage: Provide coverage across Patient Service Centers, mobile/house-call settings, long-term care, and doctor's offices based on business needs.
Leadership & Training: Lead on-site staff when needed and coach, mentor, train, and onboard new employees and clients.
Customer & Team Collaboration: Handle complex/high-volume practices while communicating effectively with patients and collaborating with Sales, IT, Billing, Logistics, and Laboratory teams.
Accuracy & Multitasking: Ensure daily activities are completed accurately and on time while maintaining confidentiality, following procedures, solving problems, and managing multiple priorities.
