Clinical Manager – Ophthalmology Practice | Silver Spring, MD A well-established group ophthalmology practice in Silver Spring, MD is seeking an experienced Clinical Manager to join their team! In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day clinical and operational activities of your team, ensuring patients receive the highest quality of care. What You'll Do Supervise a team of 6–8 Ophthalmic Technicians, monitoring productivity and performance Build and manage weekly staffing schedules Train, coach, and mentor clinical staff Oversee patient flow to keep the practice running smoothly Review and update clinical protocols as needed Develop staffing plans to meet practice needs Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new team members Set performance goals and provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and recognition What We're Looking For: COT or COA certification with 3+ years of experience in an ophthalmology practice, clinic, or hospital setting High school diploma required Previous supervisory experience required Join a supportive team dedicated to exceptional patient care. #J-18808-Ljbffr Beale Personnel, Inc.
