FACILITIES SPECIALIST

At Club Champion, we're obsessed with delivering the best custom club fitting experience in the game — and that starts with having the right spaces. As a Facilities Specialist, you'll play a hands-on role in bringing new Club Champion locations to life and keeping our existing stores running smoothly.What you'll doTravel to new store openings across the country (roughly 10–15 weeks per year), coordinating deliveries and sourcing materials locally to make sure everything arrives on timeManage subcontractors and team members on-site during store setupsWalk finished spaces with the general contractor to close out punch list items before opening daySupport existing stores with third-party maintenance coordinationHelp ensure every location has the supplies it needs to operate day-to-dayReport to the Project Manager and collaborate with the broader facilities team back at our Willowbrook warehouseWhat we're looking forSomeone who's comfortable owning a job site, comfortable on the road, and just as comfortable back at HQ getting things organized.
