Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse (RN)
We are seeking an experienced Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated team. This position is for night shifts and involves working in a dynamic inpatient rehabilitation environment. The selected candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients recovering from various conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and ensure the safety and well-being of patients in the inpatient rehab unit.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Educate patients and families on health management and rehabilitation processes.
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records using Cerner EMR.
- Float to sister facilities if needed to support staff and patient care in the Med Surg Unit.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inpatient Rehabilitation nursing.
- Current Arizona RN License required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required.
- Experience with Cerner electronic medical records system is essential.
Work Schedule
This position requires working nights from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM. The role guarantees 36 hours per week.
Additional Information
Candidates must be willing to float to sister facilities as necessary to meet patient care needs.
