Make a meaningful difference in students’ lives as an onsite school psychologist working full-time in a dynamic and collaborative educational environment. You’ll conduct comprehensive assessments, provide vital mental health services, and serve as a resource for staff, students, and families throughout the academic year.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in School Psychology
• At least two years’ experience as a school psychologist intern or a comparable combination of education and experience
• State certification as a School Psychologist
• Proficient in administering, scoring, and interpreting psychoeducational assessments
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with students, parents, and professionals
• Capable of confidentially handling sensitive data and complex cases
• Able to utilize computers and technology for reporting, communication, and case management
• Physically able to perform typical office and school-related duties (sitting, standing, occasional lifting up to 10 lbs)

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer individual psychological and educational evaluations to determine eligibility for special services
• Prepare thorough, clear reports and communicate findings to parents, educators, and multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct mental health services, including individual and group counseling
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, administrators, and external professionals to support positive student outcomes
• Participate actively in student assessment teams, IEP development, and crisis intervention efforts
• Keep accurate records, complete required documentation (including forms for Medicaid reimbursement), and remain current with relevant legislation and professional best practices
• Contribute to staff and parent training as needed
