Job Overview
While your dedicated recruiter will serve as your primary contact, they are supported by numerous specialized teams. This structure allows them to concentrate on the aspects that are most important to you. Our organization has teams focused solely on housing, travel logistics, credentialing, licensing, and much more. This is just one of the ways we prioritize your needs.
Key Responsibilities- Work schedule: Monday to Thursday, 6 AM to 4 PM (10-hour shifts) with nightly on-call duties.
- Weekend on-call: 24-hour coverage from Friday 6 AM to Monday 6 AM.
- Manage a patient load of 10 to 15 per shift.
- Operate in an inpatient practice environment, including both inpatient and outpatient rounding.
- Supervision model: 1 Medical Doctor Anesthesiologist (MDA) overseeing 2 to 3 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) daily.
- Types of cases: MAC, general anesthesia, endoscopy, gastroenterology, orthopedics, regional anesthesia, and pediatrics.
- Required skills: proficiency in central line placement, arterial line insertion, and post-operative extremity blocks.
- Facility includes 3 operating rooms.
