Civil Engineer

RVE, an Ardurra Company, is seeking a Civil/Municipal Engineer in our Morganville, NJ Office We are seeking engineers who want to contribute to and oversee civil/site design for a wide variety of projects, including parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, higher education campuses, and industrial/commercial development.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Contribute to and oversee civil/site design for a wide variety of projects, including parks, municipal infrastructure, athletic facilities, schools, higher education campuses, and industrial/commercial developments. Perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling to support municipal stormwater management, roadway improvements, and drainage system upgrades. Conduct utility coordination and support the preparation of construction documents for W/WW infrastructure. Assist with assigned municipal project tasks to ensure successful delivery within established scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Work both independently and as part of a municipal project team, using sound judgment and technical expertise with limited supervision.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3d computer aided design software Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite of software including, but not limited to Word Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Ability to solve problems Strong oral and written communication skills Proven ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize workflow and complete tasks on schedule and within budget Education and Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent EIT required. Ability to pursue Professional Engineering (PE) license 4+ years’ related work experience Proven proficiency utilizing various computer software packages and automated engineering and design equipment Why Ardurra?
