Role Overview We are seeking a qualified Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team, offering a $10,000 sign‑on bonus for full‑time and $5,000 for part‑time positions. Key Responsibilities As an integral part of our interdisciplinary team, the LPN provides quality nursing care aimed at helping patients achieve their highest physical, mental, and psychosocial well‑being, while monitoring and reporting changes in their condition. The role includes assigning duties, instructing, and supervising CNAs. Qualifications Graduation from an accredited LPN program, active licensure, and CPR certification. Preferred candidates have at least one year of skilled nursing experience. Key requirements involve making independent decisions, delivering competent care, and providing excellent customer service with a positive attitude.
