Collaborate with a dynamic team to deliver exceptional results.Job DescriptionProject Manager OverviewThe Project Manager will oversee diverse construction projects, including ground-up, tenant improvement, and remodels, ensuring successful execution from preconstruction through completion.Manage projects ranging from $1M to $10M, including hospitality, education, and commercial ventures, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.Collaborate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, to align project goals and expectations.Utilize advanced project management tools such as Sage 100 and Procore to streamline processes and communication.Lead preconstruction activities, including estimating and planning, to establish project feasibility and budgets.Provide financial oversight, supported by accounting teams, to manage billings, pay applications, and change orders effectively.Mentor and guide Project Engineers to ensure project milestones are met and professional growth is encouraged.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all project sites.Project Manager Key Responsibilities & DutiesLead and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.Coordinate preconstruction activities, including estimating, planning, and resource allocation, to establish project viability.Oversee project execution, including subcontractor management, material procurement, and on-site supervision.Utilize project management software to maintain accurate records and facilitate communication among stakeholders.Collaborate with accounting teams to manage financial aspects, including invoicing, pay applications, and change orders.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations across all project sites.Mentor and support Project Engineers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, address challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed.Project Manager Job RequirementsBachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.Minimum of 4 years of experience in construction project management; 15 years preferred.Proficiency in project management software, including Sage 100 and Procore.Strong background in ground-up commercial construction, tenant improvements, and remodels.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects ranging from $1M to $10M.Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Knowledge of financial management practices, including billing, pay applications, and change orders.Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance on all project sites.
