This highly visible, hands-on leadership position is responsible for supporting and elevating the daily operation of Food & Beverage, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, Retail, Facilities, and overall guest experience delivery.The ideal candidate is an experienced hospitality professional who thrives in dynamic resort environments, possesses strong emotional intelligence, and can effectively lead and influence teams in a remote destination setting. They must be comfortable observing, analyzing, and implementing operational improvements while fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and exceptional service.In addition to supporting day-to-day operations, the Assistant General Manager plays a critical role in developing department leaders, strengthening interdepartmental communication, ensuring quality assurance standards are consistently met, and helping Firefall Ranch deliver memorable and distinctive guest experiences.
