Responsibilities Climb trees to perform pruning, removals, and other tree care services using industry-standard techniques. Operate and maintain climbing gear, chainsaws, and rigging equipment safely and efficiently. Assess tree health and stability, identifying potential hazards and recommending solutions. Apply proper pruning methods to enhance tree health and aesthetics. Safely remove hazardous branches and trees while minimizing risk to people and property. Collaborate with the ground crew to ensure safe and effective debris removal. Maintain a clean and safe job site in accordance with company policies. Communicate professionally with clients, offering expert advice on tree care. Demonstrate leadership skills and the ability to serve as a crew leader when needed. Qualifications Experience in tree climbing, pruning, and removals. Knowledge of tree species, health assessments, and safety protocols. Proficiency in operating and maintaining tree care tools and equipment. Strong teamwork and communication skills. ISA Certification (preferred but not required).
