HR GENERALIST

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our client’s team!

REQUIREMENTS:

Bilingual in English & Spanish

2–3 years of HR experience
Experience working in a high-volume manufacturing facility
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple HR responsibilities in a fast-paced environment

? Starting Pay: $21.00+ per hour — DOE

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION

The HR Generalist will support daily HR operations, including employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, attendance, maintaining employee records, and assisting with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and communicating effectively with both employees and management.
