We are seeking a Direct Support Professional DSP to join our team!

Responsibilities:
- Assist members with personal care, hygiene, grooming, dressing, and daily living activities.
- Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
- Administer medications after completing required training.
- Support members in achieving their individualized goals and promoting independence.
- Transport members to medical appointments, community outings, work, and day programs.
- Complete accurate documentation using electronic documentation systems.
- Observe and report changes in members' physical, emotional, or behavioral condition.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment.
- Follow all company policies and Arizona DDD and AHCCCS requirements.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and fellow team members to provide exceptional care.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid Arizona driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to pass all required background checks.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and assist members with mobility when necessary.
- Reliable, compassionate, professional, and dependable.
- Previous caregiving, healthcare, or behavioral health experience is preferred.
