ACT Registered Nurse (Full Time) Location: Woonsocket, RI Sign-on Bonus: $5,000 Energetic psychiatric nurses needed for team-based support of adults with behavioral health and medical issues. Office- and community-based work. Schedule your day to include a variety of challenging and satisfying interactions with clients, including: Medication education, coordination and administration.
