High Volume Recruiter

Cordant Health Solutions is hiring an on-site High-Volume Recruiter in Indianapolis to support the rapid hiring of hourly and entry-level talent while maintaining a consistent candidate experience. This role will manage a high workload, coordinating hiring events, multi-channel sourcing, and timely movement of applicants through the pipeline. Key Responsibilities Own the full recruiting cycle for 20+ concurrent requisitions , from intake through start date. Source candidates using job boards, social media, referrals, text campaigns, and community partners. Screen approximately 60 candidates per week via phone, video, or text, and advance qualified applicants within 24–48 hours . Plan and run on-site and virtual hiring events , including job fairs and same-day interview days. Schedule interviews, extend offers, and coordinate background checks, drug screens, and onboarding paperwork. Build relationships with local universities and additional sourcing partners such as Chambers of Commerce. Maintain an accurate and current applicant tracking system (ATS) to support reliable reporting. Conduct weekly pipeline check-ins with hiring managers and adjust sourcing strategies when a role falls behind. Track funnel metrics including applicants, screens, offers, starts, and early turnover, and identify bottlenecks. Write and refresh job postings to improve response rates. Ensure timely, respectful communication with candidates, including those not selected. Requirements 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting, including at least 1 year in high-volume or hourly hiring (agency, RPO, or in-house). Proven record of filling 25+ roles per month . Hands-on ATS experience, such as Paycom . Strong phone and written communication, with comfort using texting and calling throughout the day. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines while maintaining follow-through. Working knowledge of fair hiring practices and employment law basics (EEO, I-9, and background check rules). Experience running hiring events or job fairs. Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Technologies Paycom ATS Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with recruiting automation, chatbots, or text recruiting tools. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Familiarity with Paycom (a plus).
