Courier - Per Diem - Variable - Mobile Health

Atlantic Mobile Health, Courier Position

Ensure day-to-day courier services for Atlantic Health System are completed in a timely and professional manner.

• Must be able to maintain a flexible schedule and be available for overtime, special events and holidays as needed by the department.
• Completes tasks and assignments in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain updated current courier run sheets monthly for their shifts.
• Must be in full uniform including a visible ID badge, key peg and maintain a professional appearance.
• Vehicles are to be cleaned inside and out daily.
• Rig check sheets are to be completed and turned in daily.
• Swipe in and out on time.
• Is on time for routine scheduled courier stops.
• Obtains receiving signatures for all boxes and packages.
• Adheres to all Atlantic Health System and Atlantic Ambulance Policy and Procedures
• Completes all required training and maintains all required certifications and licenses.
• Familiar with the use of an iPhone and basic technology
• Contributes to a team environment.
• Must attend at least 50% of all transportation staff meetings.

Job Qualifications

Job Qualifications:

• Valid NJ Driver's License (CDL optional) - Free of restrictions
• Is able to lift and pull at least 75 lbs.
• Obtain CPR/First Aid Certification within 4 months of hire date.
• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability and willingness to mentor new employees
• Available for off shift and weekend hours as needed.
• Driving in all weather conditions
• Able to be discreet when dealing with sensitive/confidential information.
