Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Med Surg Discipline: RN Start Date: 09/14/2026 Duration: 15 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse – Medical/Surgical | 13-Week Contract Specialty: Acute Care / Medical-Surgical RN Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Contract: 13 weeks Experience: Minimum 2 years of recent experience in the specialty Required Certification: AHA BLS Local Candidates: Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility Required: Previous inpatient nursing experience Clinical Skills: IV insertion/placement and IV antibiotic administration Patient Population: Infectious disease patients Oncology/Chemotherapy: No chemotherapy or oncology experience required Holiday Requirement: Must work 2 of 3 major holidays — Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, or New Year's Day — AND 1 minor holiday — Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve.
