Senior Java Developer - Hybrid

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Java Developer for a contract-to-hire position with a Regional Financial Institution located in Columbus, OH, Minneapolis, MN, Dallas, TX, or Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid position. Compensation: $59.00 - $69.00 per hour, W2, based on qualifications Position Overview: This role will support a large Card Servicing team within Enterprise Payments. The focus will be on backend development supporting card servicing applications and processor integrations. Key Responsibilities: Perform backend Java development for enterprise payment systems Develop and maintain REST APIs Support card servicing applications and processor integrations Participate in an Agile/Scrum environment Primary Requirements: Strong backend Java development experience Spring Boot REST API development Enterprise application integration experience Experience working with backend processors Agile/Scrum experience Desired Skills: Credit card or debit card domain experience Payments experience Banking experience Self-motivated and proactive Strong communicator, comfortable speaking up and asking questions Collaborative teammate willing to seek help and support others Accountable and driven Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
