Overview Position: Physical Therapist - Ortho/Pelvic Floor Location: 2400 W. Dunlap Ste 145. Phoenix, AZ 85021 Incentives: Up to $15,000 Sign-on Bonus and $350/month Student Loan Repayment Schedule: Full-Time, Mon 0 Fri (3 evenings until 6 pm) Compensation: Salaried ($78,000 - $100,000) pending experience PLUS Sign-on Bonus and Student Loan Repayment Our Banner Physical Therapy outpatient physical therapy center is seeking a compassionate and driven pelvic health physical therapist to join our team. Emphasis is placed on improving access and enhancing the quality of pelvic health rehabilitation. Caseload will include both Ortho and Pelvic Health.
