We’re looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Manager who is ready to take ownership, develop a team, and help build a thriving KidsUnited club. This is an ideal opportunity for an emerging leader who enjoys sales, youth sports, and working directly with families—and wants a clear path to continued growth. Working alongside the Regional Manager and ownership team, you’ll play a hands‑on role in membership growth, team leadership, community engagement, and daily club operations. What You’ll Do Grow Membership & Community Awareness Connect with prospective families and turn leads into memberships. Help achieve membership, retention, and revenue goals. Represent KidsUnited at community events and build local partnerships. Support social media, grassroots marketing, and outreach efforts. Lead and Develop the Team Coach, motivate, and develop coaches and front desk staff. Help recruit, train, schedule, and support team members. Create a positive, accountable, and family‑first team culture. Step up as a trusted leader during daily club operations. Create an Exceptional Family Experience Build meaningful relationships with children and parents. Ensure every family feels welcomed, supported, and valued. Resolve questions or concerns with professionalism and care. Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and energetic club environment. What We’re Looking For Leadership, supervisory, or team‑lead experience. Sales and customer service experience; membership sales is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills. A positive, dependable, and results‑driven mindset. Availability to work a full‑time schedule, including evenings and weekends. Experience in youth sports, soccer, coaching, early childhood programs, community marketing, or CRM‑based lead management is preferred—but we also value motivated leaders who are ready to learn.
