Program Manager, Senior

Your Role The Strategic Planning and Performance team develops long-term strategies, annual plans, and supports tracking and reporting performance for Middle Markets and Small Business lines of business. The Program Manager, Senior – Middle Markets and Small Business will report to the Senior Manager, Strategic Planning & Performance. This role requires a strong track record of building trusted relationships with cross-functional partners, developing clear and concise executive-facing and/or market-facing reporting, and leveraging foundational analytic skills- with a demonstrated appetite to continue to deepen analytic capabilities – to deliver reporting and insights that support sales performance and growth. Your Knowledge and Experience Requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Requires at least 5 years of prior relevant experience Requires foundational analytic skills (Excel), with motivation to deepen technical expertise Requires experience developing executive-facing and/or market-facing materials Requires strong organization skills with attention to details Requires experience building strong working relationships with sales teams and/or business partners Health plan experience preferred Hybrid This role requires employees to be in-office based on our hybrid workplace model, balancing purposeful in-person collaboration with flexibility. For most teams, this means coming into the office two days each week.
