Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter - Avon
At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter to work with a leading logistics company in Avon. This role is responsible for identifying and resolving inventory discrepancies, maintaining accurate inventory counts, and supporting overall warehouse operations.
Shift Patterns
- Tuesday through Saturday from 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
Pay Rates
- 18.50 USD hourly
Must-have requirements for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter
- Prior experience with inventory control, cycle counting, or resolving inventory discrepancies.
- Comfortable using computers and systems (such as Excel or warehouse management systems) to track and investigate issues.
- Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment with high attention to detail.
- Availability to work the scheduled shifts, including potential overtime as needed.
Role for Problem Solver / Resolution / Cycle Counter
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies, damages, and missing products.
- Perform daily cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and reconcile variances.
- Document issues and resolutions accurately within warehouse management systems.
- Collaborate with operations, quality, and leadership teams to identify root causes.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and physical inventory audits.
