Sales Calls: Initiate outbound sales calls to generate leads, educate clients, and secure new business opportunities. Policy Recommendations: Assess client needs and propose suitable insurance plans to meet their requirements. Client Retention: Build rapport with clients, address concerns, and maintain long-term relationships. Requirements Licensure: Prior experience in insurance sales and an active insurance license preferred but not required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
