Don't miss the opportunity to join a wonderful team of invested professionals at a rapidly growing and well-regarded organization.Northeast Family Services is seeking a High Support Needs Direct Support Professional to join our growing team!FFS (Fee-for-Service) PositionThe High Support Needs Direct Support Professional will be responsible for implementing clients' behavior support plans to reduce challenging behaviors and providing ABA-based instruction to promote the development of new skills under the direction of their supervising BCBA. This individual will monitor client behavior, collect behavioral data, and communicate observations and progress to the client's care team. The role also involves collaborating closely with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to support meaningful and lasting behavioral change.Qualifications:Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) preferredMinimum of five years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, children, adolescents, transitional-age youth, or familiesExperience supporting adolescents requiring comprehensive levels of careValid driver's license and reliable access to a vehicleAvailability to work after-school and evening hoursStrong interpersonal and collaboration skillsExperience implementing behavioral interventions in applied settings preferredEffective written and verbal communication skillsCompassionate, person-centered approach to careCompensation:The Direct Support Professional is an Hourly position$16.00 to $22.00 /hour based on program, education, and experience
