• Assist patients with applications for Medical Assistance (MA), hospital charity care, and SSI/SSDI
• Conduct bedside and Emergency Room interviews to assess eligibility and gather required information
• Determine eligibility and collect necessary documentation for financial assistance programs
• Submit, monitor, and follow up on applications with local assistance offices
• Provide guidance and support for Marketplace insurance enrollment when applicable
• Verify, update, and maintain accurate patient insurance information
• Maintain detailed records while meeting established productivity and performance goals
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations by appropriately handling protected health information (PHI)
• Adhere to all information security and privacy policies, limiting PHI access to necessary use only
• Collaborate with patients, families, and internal teams to support patient needs
• Perform additional duties as assigned

FULLY ONSITE POSITION MONDAY-FRIDAY YOUR CHOICE of 8AM-4:30PM, 8:30-5PM, OR, 9AM-5:30PM
