Territory Manager

Our client is one of the largest roofing materials and building products distributors in the U.S. seeking an experienced Territory Manager to take ownership of the Seattle market. This is a field-based sales role for someone who knows the roofing industry, has successfully managed a large territory, and can point to a strong track record of year-over-year growth. What You’ll Do Manage and grow a multi-million-dollar territory throughout the Seattle metro area Build and maintain strong relationships with roofing contractors and B2B customers Grow existing accounts while identifying and developing new business opportunities Work directly with customers to understand their business and provide the products and support needed to help them grow Take ownership of territory performance and drive continued year-over-year revenue growth Spend significant time in the field meeting with customers and developing the territory Manage your territory independently while staying organized and accountable to sales goals What We’re Looking For Proven success selling roofing products in a B2B/commercial environment Experience managing a multi-million-dollar sales territory Demonstrated history of increasing territory revenue year over year Strong knowledge of the roofing industry and customer base Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills Self-starter who is comfortable independently owning a territory Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record, and reliable transportation Ability to pass required background checks and pre-employment drug screening Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Highlights: First-Year OTE: $150K–$160K Top Territory Managers earn $300K+ 401(k) with company match Employee Stock Purchase Plan Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits Paid vacation, sick time, holidays, birthday, and floating holidays Paid parental leave Company-paid Life Insurance and Short-Term Disability Minimal overnight travel – territory is focused throughout the Seattle metro #J-18808-Ljbffr
