Part-Time Property ManagerRidgeview Commons – Affordable Housing CommunityLocation: Ridgeview CommonsPay: $22.00–$25.00 per hourSchedule: 20–25 hours per weekJoin Our Team!Ridgeview Commons is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable Part-Time Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of our beautiful 40-unit LIHTC (Tax Credit) apartment community. If you enjoy working with people, have strong organizational skills, and take pride in creating a welcoming community, we'd love to hear from you!Position SummaryThe Property Manager is responsible for the overall management of the community, including leasing, resident relations, rent collections, compliance, and maintaining occupancy while ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations.ResponsibilitiesMarket and lease apartment homes to qualified applicantsProcess applications, complete resident move-ins and move-outsMaintain resident files and ensure compliance with LIHTC regulationsCollect rent and manage delinquency according to company policiesRespond promptly to resident questions and concernsCoordinate maintenance requests and communicate with maintenance staff/vendorsConduct property inspections to ensure curb appeal and community standardsMaintain accurate records and prepare required reportsFoster positive resident relationships and a welcoming community environmentEnsure compliance with Fair Housing and company policiesQualificationsPrevious property management, leasing, customer service, or office administration experience preferredExperience with affordable housing, LIHTC, or HUD programs is a plusExcellent customer service and communication skillsStrong organizational skills with attention to detailAbility to prioritize multiple tasks and work independentlyProficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software is preferredKnowledge of Fair Housing regulationsHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredWhat We OfferCompetitive pay of $22.00–$25.00 per hour, depending on experienceFlexible part-time schedule (20–25 hours per week)Supportive team environmentOpportunity to make a positive impact in residents' livesTraining and professional development opportunitiesApply Today!If you're looking for a rewarding opportunity to help manage a thriving affordable housing community while working part-time, we'd love to meet you.Apply today and become part of the Ridgeview Commons team!Equal Opportunity Employer: We are committed to creating an inclusive workplace and welcome applicants of all backgrounds.
