RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO):

Assisting with planning and implementing educational curriculum aligned with CT early learning standards.
Regular communication with parents through casual discussions, progress reports, and parent-teacher meetings.
Ensuring adherence to all center policies, state regulations, and NAEYC policies.
Assistant Daycare Teachers are part of curriculum planning.
Ongoing personal and professional development.
