Part-Time Kids Gym Coach / Instructor (Afternoons & Weekends)

Coach Opportunity At The Little Gym

Looking for a high-energy, reliable coach who can lead a room, connect with kids, and create a fun, structured class environment. This is not a sit-back role. You'll be actively leading classes, engaging with kids, and building relationships with families every day.

What you'll do:

• Lead structured classes for children ages 4 months12 years
• Teach gymnastics-based skills using our curriculum (we train you)
• Keep kids engaged, encouraged, and on track
• Create a positive, organized, and safe class environment
• Communicate confidently with parents

What we're looking for:

• Strong, positive energy
• Confidence leading groups of children
• Reliability and consistency
• Ability to balance fun with structure
• Comfortable interacting with parents

Great fit for:

• Former athletes, dancers, cheerleaders
• College students (especially education or child development majors)
• Individuals who naturally take initiative and lead
• Gymnastics experience is a strong plus, but we will train the right person

Schedule:

Flexible weekday and evening hours. Weekend availability required. Shifts may include Sunday mornings.

We're looking for someone who can commit consistently. Our families and kids thrive on familiar faces and strong relationships.
