Our client is a forward-thinking organization undergoing a large-scale transformation of its Human Capital Management (HCM) and enterprise data platforms. Based out of Charlotte, NC, they are looking to hire a Solution Architect on a contract basis. This is a high-impact opportunity to shape the future of a modern HCM ecosystem by driving architecture decisions across Oracle Fusion HCM and cloud-based data platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions while working closely with cross-functional teams across cloud, security, and product. This position offers strong exposure to cutting-edge technologies like Databricks and Azure, along with the ability to influence long-term technical strategy.
