What You'll Do

• Operate digital fluoroscopy and cardiac imaging equipment for diagnostic procedures
• Assist during cardiac catheterizations by preparing and positioning patients
• Monitor patient vitals and ensure safety during procedures
• Record and document procedure details accurately for billing and record-keeping
• Conduct quality control checks on imaging equipment and perform routine maintenance
• Transmit, archive, and retrieve digital images using PACS
• Maintain compliance with radiation safety standards and hospital policies
• Provide patient-centered care by explaining procedures and respecting privacy
• Adapt to different patient needs and environments, including emergency situations
• Support the cardiac team in delivering safe and effective diagnostic services

What You Need

• Required:
  • ARRT registered Radiologic Technologist in your state
  • Active Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (AHA)
  • Active Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification (AHA)
  • Minimum 2 years of clinical experience as an allied health professional
  • Associate degree in radiologic sciences (Bachelor's preferred)
  • Current state licensure in radiologic sciences
• Preferred:
  • Bachelor's degree in radiologic sciences
  • Experience in cardiac imaging or catheterization labs
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including on-call, weekends, and holidays
