HOTEL SERVICES DEPARTMENT DOMESTIC ASSISTANT Band 2 - £26,696 - £28,988 pro rata Plus £1,461 Distant Island Allowance pro rata 15.00 hrs per week Permanent Contract An opportunity has arisen for a Domestic Assistant post, to join our Domestic Services Team within the Ambulance Station, Stornoway, Isle of Lewis, HS1. The successful candidate will provide will be required to undertake a wide range of cleaning duties associated with maintaining a high standard of cleanliness always ensuring that a high-quality service provision. To work alongside and support new staff in the working environment. The primary work base will be within the Western isles Hospital, Macaulay Road, Stornoway, Isles of Lewis. The successful candidate will need to achieve the Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers and comply with the Code of Conduct within three months of full-time employment or up to six months for part time workers.
