Contract | Full-Time | Onsite | Day Shift | Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Provide supervisory oversight of nursing staff during assigned shifts in an emergency room setting
• Ensure safe, high-quality patient care is delivered in accordance with facility policies and clinical standards
• Coordinate staffing, patient flow, and resource allocation across the unit during shift hours
• Serve as a clinical resource and point of escalation for nursing staff and interdisciplinary team members
• Monitor and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Experience in an Emergency Room or acute care setting
• Prior nursing supervisory or charge nurse experience
• Current BLS certification required; ACLS preferred

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a high-acuity emergency department
• Strong communication and critical decision-making skills in fast-paced environments
