We're Filling Important Jobs!Join an industry leader and innovator looking for people who want to make a difference.Hoffer Plastics is hiring for "Custodian", "1st shift".Play a key role in producing plastic components that make everyday life possible, from transportation to food packaging to healthcare.Responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facility. Starting Pay $19.00 - $21.00                                                                             1st Shift Hours are 6:00am – 2:00pm** Hoffer provides full training, extensive benefits, pay premiums for night shifts, and unlimited career potential. ****Responsibilities: Clean/sanitize washrooms, lunchrooms, office areas. Remove snow and salt parking lots and sidewalks. May operate compactor/baler as assigned. Pick up, sort and weigh scrap. Service air filters as needed. Knowledge of tools and painting wanted but not needed. Various projects/repairs around the building. Clean windows and fixtures, strip/wax or buff floors. Perform yard work such as planting and weedingUse equipment such as snow blowers, buffers, scrubbers, or sky jack.All team members shall:Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner so that you get along with customers, clients, co-workers and management.Continue to grow job specific knowledge and use tools to identify and assist with continuous improvement.Comply with safety regulations, safety equipment, and maintain clean and orderly work areasThis job description does not contain every function/responsibility that may be required for the performance of this job.
