We're seeking an experienced PT to join our hospital-based rehabilitation team in Hoodsport, Washington, where you'll play a vital role in providing care for patients recovering from surgery, injury, or illness. What You'll Do

• Conduct Patient Assessments
• Evaluate patients' physical conditions, review medical histories, and develop individualized rehabilitation plans to meet each patient's specific needs.

• Implement Therapeutic Interventions
• Utilize a variety of therapy techniques such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and equipment-assisted treatments to improve strength, flexibility, and functional mobility.

• Monitor Patient Progress
• Regularly track patient outcomes, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery and achievement of rehabilitation goals.

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic and coordinated care within the hospital setting.

• Guide and Educate Patients and Caregivers
• Offer education on home exercises, lifestyle modifications, and injury prevention to help patients maintain progress and prevent future setbacks.

• Promote Wellness and Mobility
• Advocate for physical activity, early mobilization, and preventative care to improve patient outcomes and enhance overall well-being.

Qualifications

• Education: Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
• New graduates are encouraged to apply

• Licensure & Certification: Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in Washington State
• Certifications in specialized areas of physical therapy (e.g., orthopedics, geriatrics, neuro) are a plus

• Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or rehabilitation setting preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with patients and healthcare teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
