Position Summary:

As a Radiologic Technologist , you will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures to help in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. Your work will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, accurate images to assist healthcare teams in making informed decisions for patient care. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures, including X-rays, fluoroscopy, and other imaging techniques.
• Ensure patient safety by strictly adhering to radiation safety protocols.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
• Communicate with patients to provide clear instructions, ensuring comfort during procedures.
• Work closely with physicians and medical teams to ensure accurate interpretation of imaging results.
• Maintain compliance with hospital protocols, quality control, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Education: Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or an equivalent program from an accredited institution.
• Certification: Current ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
• State License: Must have or obtain an Indiana X-Ray Machine Operator license within 90 days of hire.
• BLS Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience: Previous radiology experience is preferred but not required. New graduates are encouraged to apply.
