Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) for a part-time overnight position. This role will perform diagnostic and therapeutic sleep studies, provide patient care, and support clinical research activities in a modern sleep laboratory.
Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic PSG and PAP titration studies.
Perform pediatric PSG, MSLT, and MWT studies according to AASM standards.
Monitor and score studies using Compumedics Profusion .
Provide PAP education and overnight patient care.
Complete clinical and research documentation.
Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies.
Participate in quality assurance and research activities.
Qualifications
Current BRPT RPSGT certification in good standing.
Minimum 2 years of independent PSG experience .
Current BLS/CPR certification .
Compumedics Profusion experience preferred; cross-training available.
Strong patient-care and communication skills.
Ability to work independently overnight and lift approximately 25 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Pediatric PSG experience.
Sleep research/clinical-trial experience.
GCP/IATA training.
Mentoring experience.
